IT'S THE MIRACLE FRUIT

Sour sop: The miracle fruit

Sour sop
I am positive if anyone shares some information about a panacea for that dreaded ‘C’ word (Cancer), you would listen. Reason being that you probably know one or two persons whose demise have been attributed to the deadly disease. You probably have also heard of virtually every body part it has ravaged, including the remotest ones you could have never imagined.
I am really perturbed about how in-your- face the dreaded C word is lately; with no regard for age or gender. I keep musing, is it that all diseases just bear that name now? So, when I hear or read that anything has antioxidant properties or can prevent cancer, I pay closer attention.
When I am informed that the fruit kills cancer and has better effects than going through chemotherapy -trust me, I am thrilled. After all, it is natural! ‘The icing on the cake’ is, it’s grown and available in Nigeria!

Its flavour has been described by Wikipedia as a combination of strawberry and pineapple with sour citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy flavour reminiscent of coconut or banana; I attest to this fully.
Nutritionally, the fruit is known to be high in carbohydrates content, principally, fructose. The fruit also contains significant amounts of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2.
According to research, sour sop fruit is believed to be a very good cancer preventive fruit. The health benefits of sour sop fruit include the following:
• The prickly green fruit happens to kill cancer up to 10,000 times more effectively than chemotherapy drugs, all without the nasty side effects and without harming healthy cells.
• It has a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for both bacterial and fungal infections.
• It is effective against internal parasites and worms.
• It lowers blood pressure.
• Can help with depression, stress and nervous disorders.
• Protects immune system.
• Boosts energy.
• Prevents constipation due to the high fiber content.
• Boosts good cholesterol.
• Prevents water retention.
Eating sour sop fruit which is locally available in Nigeria is an economical way to prevent yourself against dreaded diseases which will cost you thousands or millions of naira to treat and cure in the long run.
It is a delicious fruit. You can eat it or use it to make a fruit juice. It is also very filling. I actually substitute it for a meal. You can begin to enjoy the nutrient filled and health promoting goodness in sour sop.
I wish you optimum health and well-being!

wao!

OKAY GUYS, I AM GOING TO STUCK THIS FRUIT IN MY FRIDGE TODAY. Lets do this...

One boundless love
