The needed info on Calcium. A must-know.
This one is beyond inspirational! A must read too...enjoy it.
Most people equate calcium with bones, which is no surprise considering that the average person’s bones contain about three pounds of calcium. That’s about 99 percent of the body’s calcium supplies. From what we currently know about calcium, however, it may be involved with more bodily functions than any other mineral. It is involved in the health of our bones, muscles, and heart, as well as many of the body’s cellular processes.
While dairy products contain calcium, they are not typically the best source of calcium for most people. Even if you think you’re getting lots of calcium from dairy products, your body may not be digesting it adequately to extract sufficient calcium to meet its requirements. Although Americans and Canadians tend to consume the highest amount of dairy products in the world per capita, we have a higher incidence of osteoporosis than most other countries. We also suffer from many of the other calcium-deficiency symptoms. Of course, these symptoms can be signs of other problems in the body so you should always be examined by a physician if you are suffering from any health issues.
Common Signs of a Calcium Deficiency
Back or hip pain
Bone loss, malformed bones, or bones that are vulnerable to fractures or breaks
Brittle nails or vertical ridges on nails...follow the thread for more signs.

WATCH OUT! HE IS THE WOMANIZER
Ladies!!!
I didnt know so much, but could identify these ones, so try and see which ones you wld identify too. Don't ask me about me...#tongueincheek#
Is he your Prince Charming or a smooth Casanova in disguise?
You’ve just met a man who, at least on the surface, seems to be your dream guy. He’s attractive, funny, charming, successful and his smile (let alone the thought of his caress) makes you weak in the knees. You go out on a date or two, and he’s nothing short of perfect. He treats you like a queen, compliments your sense of style and tells you all of the things that you’ve been longing to hear from a guy.
So how do you know this guy’s the real thing and not just some womanizer who’s going to disappear after your first slumber party? While the only way to know for sure is to pass the test of time, here are a few red flags that would definitely indicate a potential for womanizer status.

Plane Found parked In Filling Station
A scrap private plane belonging to
Bethel Ministeries Inc. stirred panic on Thursday morning as the rumour
spread that another aircraft had crashed in Lagos.
On hearing the news, hundreds of residents trooped out with their camera phones and queued behind the gate bar of Dapsey Oil filling station at Igando where the plan was packed to take shots.
A senior officer of the filling station said the plane was being removed from the Ikeja Airport to Badagry when one of the tires burst and it had to be packed around 2am.
The police are having tough time controlling the swelling crowd and a young man has been arrested by the Igando police station.

Have you got balls? many ways to use them.
Cotton balls don’t usually make it out of the bathroom. We use them to
remove nail polish and makeup, to help clean cuts and scrapes.. but
that’s about it. It’s too bad, because there are plenty of other
fantastic uses for cotton balls.
Around the House.
1. Make the Fridge Smell Nice. Just can’t get rid of that funky smell in the fridge? Dampen a cotton ball with some vanilla extract and place it on a shelf towards the back of the fridge.
2. Combat Mildew. All those nooks and crannies in the bathroom are primo spots for mildew — and, of course, can be difficult to reach. Soak cotton balls in bleach, place it in that hard-to-reach spot, and let it sit there for a couple of hours. Rinse with warm water and the spot will be good as new!
