PAIN CURES IN YOUR KITCHEN

Cure muscle pain with ginger
When Danish researchers asked achy people to jazz up their diets with ginger, it eased muscle and joint pain, swelling and stiffness for up to 63% of them within two months. The experts credit ginger’s potent compounds called gingerols, which prevent the production of pain-triggering hormones.
The study-recommended dose: Add at least one teaspoon of organic dried ginger or two teaspoons of chopped ginger to meals daily.
i think we call it 'kendemferi'...or so.
 Cure toothache with cloves
Got toothache and can’t get to the dentist?
Gently chewing on a clove can ease tooth pain and gum inflammation for two hours straight, say UCLA researchers. Experts point to a natural compound in cloves called eugenol, a powerful, natural anaesthetic.
Bonus: Sprinkling a ¼ teaspoon of organic ground cloves on meals daily may also protect your heart. Scientists say this simple action helps stabilise blood sugar, plus dampen production of artery-clogging cholesterol in as little as three weeks.
Prevent PMS with yoghurt
Up to 80% of women will struggle withpremenstrual syndrome and its uncomfortable symptoms, report Yale researchers. The reason: Their nervous systems are sensitive to the ups and downs in oestrogen and progesterone that occur naturally every month. But snacking on two cups of yoghurt a day can slash these symptoms by 48%, say researchers at New York’s Columbia University. Yogurt is rich in calcium, a mineral that naturally calms the nervous system, preventing painful symptoms even when hormones are in flux.
Soothe foot pain with salt
Millions of people develop painful ingrown toenails each year. But regularly soaking ingrown nails in warm salt water baths can cure these painful infections within four days, say scientists at California’s Stanford University. The salt in the mix naturally nixes inflammation, plus it is anti-bacterial, so it quickly destroys the germs that cause swelling and pain.Just mix one teaspoon of salt into each cup of water, heat to the warmest temperature that you can comfortably stand, and then soak the affected foot area for 20 minutes twice daily,
Stop bloating with pineapple
Got gas? One cup of fresh pineapple daily can cut painful bloating within 72 hours, say researchers at California’s Stanford University.
That’s because pineapple is naturally packed with proteolytic enzymes, digestive aids that help speed the breakdown of pain-causing proteins in the stomach and small intestine, say USDA researchers.
Peppermint for sore muscles
Suffering from tight, sore muscles? Stubborn knots can hang around for months if they aren’t properly treated, says US naturopath Mark Stengler.
His advice: Three times each week, soak in a warm tub scented with 10 drops of peppermint oil. The warm water will relax your muscles, while the peppermint oil will naturally soothe your nerves - a combo that can ease muscle cramping 25% more effectively than over-the-counter painkillers, and cut the frequency of future flare-ups in half.
Treat backache with grapes
Got an achy back? Grapes could be the ticket to a speedy recovery. Recent studies at Ohio State University suggest eating a heaping cup of grapes daily can relax tight blood vessels, significantly improving blood flow to damaged back tissues (and often within three hours of enjoying the first bowl).
That’s great news because your back’s vertebrae and shock-absorbing discs are completely dependent on nearby blood vessels to bring them healing nutrients and oxygen, so improving blood flow is essential for healing damaged back tissue.
This one gets me and i might as well get on with it right away.

One love guys.

WIKIPEDIA LAUNCHES NEW FEATURE FOR VIDEO UPLOADS

Wikipedia Launches New Feature for Video Uploads

Answering the criticism that the crowd sourced encyclopedia is facing for many years, Wikipedia has this week finally brought out a whole new HTML5-based video player that would allow upload of clips and captions as well with text.
It is being said that the new video player would simplify the act of including videos to the text-based pages of the site, which are tens of millions in number. Contributors would be able to add subtitles in between the videos.
Though the same feature was being awaited since long, it is being believed that editorial dispute may be seen with the new level of usability. The report says that it is unknown how the infamous community of editors for the online encyclopedia would react to the latest feature.
The encyclopedia, as per the findings, has delayed the introduction of this feature so much for the only reason that it was committed to use only open-source technology. Also, it has been found that Wikipedia had promised to host all the content in-house and not with the help of data centers of other companies.
It is thus being said that the online encyclopedia would need to bide its time at least until it get sufficient server capacity for hosting the videos and people support the HTML5 based WebM.

see what your sleeping position says of you.

jeeez!!!

This mum should be shot at, Actually!  common, that w.c could have been opened ma'am.

where do u belong here?

So here is the thing...

The way you sleep can give startling insights into your personality, even giving away how stubborn, bossy or stressed you are, a body language expert has claimed.

Robert Phipps, a body language expert, has studied the four most common sleeping positions to determine how it reflects a person's personality and outlook on life.
The results, he claims, can identify how stressful your day was, how much you worry and how much control you have over your life.
It is said to reveal traits such as stubbornness, bossiness and fanciful dreaming, as well as how self-critical a person is or whether they feel in control of life.
According to his research, more than half of British adults sleep in the “foetal” position, curled up on their side with knees tucked in.
This stance, favoured by worriers, is said to show the sleeper is seeking to return to their comfort zone after a stressful day.
The research, for budget hotel chain Premier Inn, revealed the “log” as the second most popular position, adopted by nearly three in every ten people.
The log position, with a straight body and limbs at the sides, shows a person is inflexible and rigid in thinking, set in their ways and stubborn.
They may appear bossy to others, and so should aim to “stretch themselves” and embrace the challenges and excitement of a new day, it is claimed.
A quarter of people taking part in the study classed themselves as “yearners”, sleeping with their arms stretched out in front as though they are chasing their dreams or being chased.
According to Phipps, this means they want more from life and are willing to “go out there and get it with both hands”, eager to face the next day.
They can be their own worst critics, expecting great results in everything they do and giving up quickly when things don’t go their way.
“Yearners” should take care to go after what they really want and avoid wasting time pursuing whims that do not really leave them fulfilled, it is advised.
A further 17 per cent of respondents classed themselves as “freefallers”, sleeping face down with their arms outstretched.
Often clutching their pillow, they can appearing to be “holding on for dear life” in what is thought to be the most uncomfortable sleeping position for adults.
Those who adopt it can feel as if life “happens around them” and they are just “hanging on for the ride”, believing they lack control over what will happen the next day.
So-called freefallers can wake up feelings anxious, or believing they still have issues and tasks left over from the previous day.
According to the research, they should aim to deal with things one step at a time, taking control of each day so they feel motivated to “be the boss of their own destiny”.
The study, of 1,000 British adults, allowed participants to select more than one option, with some selecting several sleeping positions in their responses.
Premier Inn spokesperson, Claire Haigh, said: "Many people read their horoscopes, but we wanted to give our guests a more unique way to look at how their day might turn out by looking at how they sleep.
“We have worked with Robert to develop 'sleep-o-scopes' and were shocked that the research revealed just how stressed we are as a nation.
"It is important we try and wind down after a long day and get a good night's rest so we wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead."
Sleep positions
1. FOETAL
People who sleep like this are returning to their comfort zone to de-stress themselves from the day's activities. The higher the knees and lower the head the more internal comfort you give yourself. Foetal sleepers are conscientious, ordered and like things in their place but they can over think things and worry unnecessarily.
People who sleep like this for the majority of the night can expect a refreshed awakening having dealt with the previous day's issues compartmentalising and organising while they sleep, allowing them to feel refreshed when they wake and ready to move onward and upward.
Foetal sleepers should be careful not to become too stuck in their comfort zone and be prepared to take on new challenges each day.
2. LOG
The sleeper in this position fully extends their head, neck, arms, legs and body all stretched out in a straight line. The longer you sleep like this, the more rigid your thinking and you can become inflexible which means you make things harder for yourself.
Loggers are set in their ways and can be stubborn, liking things done their way, which can make them come across as bossy or even aloof.
"Sleep like a log" is the old adage and people who sleep in this straight line can wake up stiffer than when they went to sleep. Try to relax more and let your muscles unwind from the day's hassles and you'll wake up feeling more flexible in your thinking.
Loggers need to stretch themselves each day to reach new goals and then your day is likely to be more exciting, challenging and fun. You'll see and feel the benefits in your body and mind as you embrace being a more relaxed you.
3. YEARNER
The Yearner has two possible meanings with arms outstretched as though you are chasing your dreams, conversely it can mean you are being chased. You feel you want more from life and are willing to go out there and get it with both hands, ready to capture every new and exciting challenge that comes your way.
Yearners are their own worst critics always expecting great results in everything they do, which can mean giving up to quickly with things that don't go their way right from the off.
Yearners wake up eager to face the challenges of the day, seeking out new opportunities. However, take care to make sure what you yearn for is what you really want or you'll spend a lot of wasted time and energy chasing things that don't really fulfil you.
Yearners should face each new day as a fresh start, reviewing where they are going and what they want from the day, then go for it and see it through with full commitment.
4. FREEFALLER
With the whole body outstretched flat on their stomach, arms at right angles, hands gripping the pillow as though holding on for dear life, physically the least comfortable position to sleep for most adults.
Freefallers tend to feel like life happens around them and they are just hanging on for the ride, which can make them feel like they're not in control of what happens.
Freefallers can wake up feeling like they still have things leftover from the previous day, which can make them feel over anxious about getting things done today.
Freefallers need to take control of each new day and deal with things one step at a time until you are happy to move to the next step. You will then be more motivated and inspired, creating opportunities for you be the boss of your own destiny.
Premier Inn spokesperson, Claire Haigh, said: "Many people read their horoscopes, but we wanted to give our guests a more unique way to look at how their day might turn out by looking at how they sleep. We have worked with Robert to develop 'sleep-o-scopes' and were shocked that the research revealed just how stressed we are as a nation.

Hmmm...which is yours?

See Who Got Rich This Week?

Hey guys...This is strictly a forbes document...who beats them to this game anyway?

Each week at Forbes we scan our database of corporate insiders to see who got richer from the action in the stock market. On November 6th Barack Obama was elected to serve his second term as President of the United States. Though Las Vegas and several major financial institutions, including Nomura, projected that he would win the contest, the result still triggered a steep sell-off, with the S&P 500 down more than 3.5% since Tuesday. The “Obama Crash” dragged most corporate insiders down along with it, making winners hard to come by this week. However, thanks to some strong earnings reports and other upbeat corporate news, some managed to end the week in the black. Here, some of the biggest gainers from the past week:

It’s Always Rich In the Outback

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Robert Danker Basham got his start in the food business working at his brother’s Washington D.C. restaurant. When he heard that managers at the Steak & Ale restaurant chain could make $25,000 a year in 1973, he signed on as a manager trainee, eventually rising to the position of Vice President of Operations of the company’s Bennigan’s brand. In 1988, after a successful stint developing Chili’s franchises in the southeastern United States, Basham cofounded Outback Steakhouse with Chris Sullivan and Tim Gannon. On Thursday, shares of the holding company that owns Outback Steakhouse, and several other brands including Carrabba’s Italian Grill, issued an earnings report that beat Wall Street’s expectations with adjusted earnings per share of $.08 on the quarter. Analysts had expected Bloomin’ Brands to report an adjusted loss of $.01 per share. Coupled with optimistic annual earnings guidance, the performance sent shares 14.7% higher on the week. For Basham, who owns 8.3 million Bloomin’ Brands shares, the pop resulted in a gain of $16.5 million. His stake is now worth $128.8 million.
Patent Paper Chase
VirnetX Holding Corporation purports itself to be a technology company, however, even the firm’s website acknowledges that its “portfolio of intellectual property is the foundation of our business model.” The company owns 12 patents in the United States and eight international patents, in addition to several pending patents. According to VirnetX, its “patent portfolio is primarily focused on securing real-time communications over the Internet, as well as related services such as the establishment and maintenance of a secure domain name registry.” How does a company make money off patents alone? Licensing them would seem the most conventional method. However, a patent holder can also sue people for infringement. Given VirnetX’s focus on real-time Internet communications, there are several large, cash-flush technology companies that would appear vulnerable. Chief among them, Apple, was ordered to pay VirnetX damages of $368.2 million on Wednesday after a jury found that Apple’s FaceTime feature violated VirnetX’s intellectual property. The ruling pushed VirnetX shares up 32.2% week over week. Kendall Larsen, CEO and Chairman of VirnetX, owns 8.8 million VirnetX shares now worth $326.4 million, $79.5 million more than they were worth last week.
Real Rich
The world’s richest man, Carlos Slim of Mexico, had a billion dollar day last Friday. Today, his fortune fell be nearly that same amount. Though the telecom tycoon’s public holdings slid by just 1.71%, his net worth tumbled by a whopping $972.12 million. While none of the other 50 billionaires whose wealth Forbes track in real time came close to losing that much in nominal terms on Friday, several dramatically outpaced Slim when it came to percentage lost. Among them was Steve Jobs’ widow, Laurene Powell Jobs. Though Apple broke its recent losing streak and rose 1.73% on the session, Jobs’ public holdings, which are dominated by The Walt Disney Company, fell by 3.63%. Although Disney’s fourth quarter net profit rose by 14%, revenue missed analyst estimates, driving shares down by nearly 6%. The dip shaved $357.65 million off of Jobs’ net worth. Despite his candidate losing the presidential election on Tuesday, casino king Sheldon Adelson was Friday’s biggest winner. Shares of his Las Vegas Sands Corp. rose 1.8%, netting Adelson $332.14 million on the day.
Reflects changes from the market open on Friday November 2 through the open on Friday November 9, 2012.

INCASE YOU MISSED THE SPEECH...

OBAMA: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much.

Tonight, more than 200 years after a former colony won the right to determine its own destiny, the task of perfecting our union moves forward.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: It moves forward because of you. It moves forward because you reaffirmed the spirit that has triumphed over war and depression, the spirit that has lifted this country from the depths of despair to the great heights of hope, the belief that while each of us will pursue our own individual dreams, we are an American family and we rise or fall together as one nation and as one people.

(APPLAUSE)

Tonight, in this election, you, the American people, reminded us that while our road has been hard, while our journey has been long, we have picked ourselves up, we have fought our way back, and we know in our hearts that for the United States of America the best is yet to come.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: I want to thank every American who participated in this election…

(APPLAUSE)

… whether you voted for the very first time or waited in line for a very long time.

(APPLAUSE)

By the way, we have to fix that.

(APPLAUSE)

Whether you pounded the pavement or picked up the phone…

(APPLAUSE)

… whether you held an Obama sign or a Romney sign, you made your voice heard and you made a difference.

I just spoke with Governor Romney and I congratulated him and Paul Ryan on a hard-fought campaign.

(APPLAUSE)

We may have battled fiercely, but it’s only because we love this country deeply and we care so strongly about its future. From George to Lenore to their son Mitt, the Romney family has chosen to give back to America through public service and that is the legacy that we honor and applaud tonight.

(APPLAUSE)

In the weeks ahead, I also look forward to sitting down with Governor Romney to talk about where we can work together to move this country forward.

(APPLAUSE)

I want to thank my friend and partner of the last four years, America’s happy warrior, the best vice president anybody could ever hope for, Joe Biden.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: And I wouldn’t be the man I am today without the woman who agreed to marry me 20 years ago.

(APPLAUSE)

Let me say this publicly: Michelle, I have never loved you more. I have never been prouder to watch the rest of America fall in love with you, too, as our nation’s first lady.

(APPLAUSE)

Sasha and Malia, before our very eyes you’re growing up to become two strong, smart beautiful young women, just like your mom.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: And I’m so proud of you guys. But I will say that for now one dog’s probably enough.

(LAUGHTER)

To the best campaign team and volunteers in the history of politics…

(APPLAUSE)

The best. The best ever. Some of you were new this time around, and some of you have been at my side since the very beginning.

(APPLAUSE)

But all of you are family. No matter what you do or where you go from here, you will carry the memory of the history we made together and you will have the life-long appreciation of a grateful president. Thank you for believing all the way, through every hill, through every valley.

(APPLAUSE)

You lifted me up the whole way and I will always be grateful for everything that you’ve done and all the incredible work that you put in.

(APPLAUSE)

I know that political campaigns can sometimes seem small, even silly. And that provides plenty of fodder for the cynics that tell us that politics is nothing more than a contest of egos or the domain of special interests. But if you ever get the chance to talk to folks who turned out at our rallies and crowded along a rope line in a high school gym, or saw folks working late in a campaign office in some tiny county far away from home, you’ll discover something else.

OBAMA: You’ll hear the determination in the voice of a young field organizer who’s working his way through college and wants to make sure every child has that same opportunity.

(APPLAUSE)

You’ll hear the pride in the voice of a volunteer who’s going door to door because her brother was finally hired when the local auto plant added another shift.

(APPLAUSE)

You’ll hear the deep patriotism in the voice of a military spouse whose working the phones late at night to make sure that no one who fights for this country ever has to fight for a job or a roof over their head when they come home.

(APPLAUSE)

That’s why we do this. That’s what politics can be. That’s why elections matter. It’s not small, it’s big. It’s important. Democracy in a nation of 300 million can be noisy and messy and complicated. We have our own opinions. Each of us has deeply held beliefs. And when we go through tough times, when we make big decisions as a country, it necessarily stirs passions, stirs up controversy.

That won’t change after tonight, and it shouldn’t. These arguments we have are a mark of our liberty. We can never forget that as we speak people in distant nations are risking their lives right now just for a chance to argue about the issues that matter, the chance to cast their ballots like we did today.

(APPLAUSE)

But despite all our differences, most of us share certain hopes for America’s future. We want our kids to grow up in a country where they have access to the best schools and the best teachers.

(APPLAUSE)

A country that lives up to its legacy as the global leader in technology and discovery and innovation, with all the good jobs and new businesses that follow.

OBAMA: We want our children to live in an America that isn’t burdened by debt, that isn’t weakened by inequality, that isn’t threatened by the destructive power of a warming planet.

(APPLAUSE)

We want to pass on a country that’s safe and respected and admired around the world, a nation that is defended by the strongest military on earth and the best troops this — this world has ever known.

(APPLAUSE)

But also a country that moves with confidence beyond this time of war, to shape a peace that is built on the promise of freedom and dignity for every human being. We believe in a generous America, in a compassionate America, in a tolerant America, open to the dreams of an immigrant’s daughter who studies in our schools and pledges to our flag.

(APPLAUSE)

To the young boy on the south side of Chicago who sees a life beyond the nearest street corner.

(APPLAUSE)

To the furniture worker’s child in North Carolina who wants to become a doctor or a scientist, an engineer or an entrepreneur, a diplomat or even a president — that’s the future we hope for. That’s the vision we share. That’s where we need to go — forward.

(APPLAUSE)

That’s where we need to go.

Now, we will disagree, sometimes fiercely, about how to get there. As it has for more than two centuries, progress will come in fits and starts. It’s not always a straight line. It’s not always a smooth path.

By itself, the recognition that we have common hopes and dreams won’t end all the gridlock or solve all our problems or substitute for the painstaking work of building consensus and making the difficult compromises needed to move this country forward. But that common bond is where we must begin. Our economy is recovering. A decade of war is ending. A long campaign is now over.

(APPLAUSE)

And whether I earned your vote or not, I have listened to you, I have learned from you, and you’ve made me a better president. And with your stories and your struggles, I return to the White House more determined and more inspired than ever about the work there is to do and the future that lies ahead.

(APPLAUSE)

Tonight you voted for action, not politics as usual.

(APPLAUSE)

You elected us to focus on your jobs, not ours. And in the coming weeks and months, I am looking forward to reaching out and working with leaders of both parties to meet the challenges we can only solve together. Reducing our deficit. Reforming our tax code. Fixing our immigration system. Freeing ourselves from foreign oil. We’ve got more work to do.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: But that doesn’t mean your work is done. The role of citizens in our Democracy does not end with your vote. America’s never been about what can be done for us. It’s about what can be done by us together through the hard and frustrating, but necessary work of self-government. That’s the principle we were founded on.

(APPLAUSE)

This country has more wealth than any nation, but that’s not what makes us rich. We have the most powerful military in history, but that’s not what makes us strong. Our university, our culture are all the envy of the world, but that’s not what keeps the world coming to our shores.

What makes America exceptional are the bonds that hold together the most diverse nation on earth.

OBAMA: The belief that our destiny is shared; that this country only works when we accept certain obligations to one another and to future generations. The freedom which so many Americans have fought for and died for come with responsibilities as well as rights. And among those are love and charity and duty and patriotism. That’s what makes America great.

(APPLAUSE)

I am hopeful tonight because I’ve seen the spirit at work in America. I’ve seen it in the family business whose owners would rather cut their own pay than lay off their neighbors, and in the workers who would rather cut back their hours than see a friend lose a job.

I’ve seen it in the soldiers who reenlist after losing a limb and in those SEALs who charged up the stairs into darkness and danger because they knew there was a buddy behind them watching their back.

(APPLAUSE)

I’ve seen it on the shores of New Jersey and New York, where leaders from every party and level of government have swept aside their differences to help a community rebuild from the wreckage of a terrible storm.

(APPLAUSE)

And I saw just the other day, in Mentor, Ohio, where a father told the story of his 8-year-old daughter, whose long battle with leukemia nearly cost their family everything had it not been for health care reform passing just a few months before the insurance company was about to stop paying for her care.

(APPLAUSE)

I had an opportunity to not just talk to the father, but meet this incredible daughter of his. And when he spoke to the crowd listening to that father’s story, every parent in that room had tears in their eyes, because we knew that little girl could be our own.

And I know that every American wants her future to be just as bright. That’s who we are. That’s the country I’m so proud to lead as your president.

(APPLAUSE)

OBAMA: And tonight, despite all the hardship we’ve been through, despite all the frustrations of Washington, I’ve never been more hopeful about our future.

(APPLAUSE)

I have never been more hopeful about America. And I ask you to sustain that hope. I’m not talking about blind optimism, the kind of hope that just ignores the enormity of the tasks ahead or the roadblocks that stand in our path. I’m not talking about the wishful idealism that allows us to just sit on the sidelines or shirk from a fight.

I have always believed that hope is that stubborn thing inside us that insists, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us so long as we have the courage to keep reaching, to keep working, to keep fighting.

(APPLAUSE)

America, I believe we can build on the progress we’ve made and continue to fight for new jobs and new opportunity and new security for the middle class. I believe we can keep the promise of our founders, the idea that if you’re willing to work hard, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from or what you look like or where you love. It doesn’t matter whether you’re black or white or Hispanic or Asian or Native American or young or old or rich or poor, able, disabled, gay or straight, you can make it here in America if you’re willing to try.

(APPLAUSE)

I believe we can seize this future together because we are not as divided as our politics suggests. We’re not as cynical as the pundits believe. We are greater than the sum of our individual ambitions, and we remain more than a collection of red states and blue states. We are and forever will be the United States of America.

(APPLAUSE)

And together with your help and God’s grace we will continue our journey forward and remind the world just why it is that we live in the greatest nation on Earth.

Thank you, America. God bless you. God bless these United States.

(APPLAUSE)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE is simply boundless!
one love sir!

EVERYDAY A FRIDAY?

How can you design your life so that you never, ever again
experience that horrid, dreaded realization that it’s Monday already?
So that you never have to wrench yourself out of bed to get ready for
work? So that you never feel the knot that comes in your stomach
when you think of another week at your job?

My answer: find work that you enjoy and that fulfills you.

Maybe it’s a new job or a new career. It could even be the job you have
now, but with a new you doing it; a person who knows her passions,
her purpose, and who has a plan.

The woman who wants to discover the best way to express herself through her
work. I describe a system of career change that starts from the inside
out, meaning connecting who you are to what you do.

Why does this connection matter? When we find a match
between who we are inwardly and what we do outwardly, we become
happier, more powerful, and can make a real contribution to the world.
And of course make more money.

And Mondays are no longer Mondays; every day is a Friday.
Who doesn’t want all of that?
Change can be mysterious, exciting, and full of possibility.
Who else is at this junction with me?

So i am moving on...
cos i am boundless...

NIGERIAN AIR MISHAP FACTS.

Nigeria's airline industry is in dire financial straits, putting its already poor safety record at risk of further deterioration. Here is a list of major air disasters to hit Africa's most populous nation in the last 11 years:

When the Tough gets going...

As I lay and watch you sleep, I thank God I have you to keep.
Things are a little tough right now, but I know they will get better, somehow.
We express words with such anger, knowing our relationship may be in danger.

There's been times we both almost called it quits,
aren't you glad we finally came to our wits?
Relationships start and sometimes fall,
but somehow love will conquer all.
I know lately we've been in an emotional bind,
waiting and waiting, just wanting to unwind.

This is the time in our relationship that we need to be strong,
talk through anything and everything that seems to be wrong.
When no words are spoken and the tears want to fall,
just remember we have each other, stand proud and tall.
Trials and tribulations are just what life sometimes brings,
Just always remember, these are only little things.

Tough times are in everyone's lives,
husbands, children and even wives.
It's how you handle them and where you go from here,
I will hold your hand through it all, and will have no fear.
I love you and made promises to you that I intend to keep,
for the love that I have for you is just way too deep.

So if you believe that we are meant to be,
put a smile on your face when you think about me.
Don't let this situation and stress bother us,
It's just petty, ridiculous and not worth the fuss.
One day when everything is all said and done,
We will look back at these times and be thankful we didn't run.
