Eko oni Baje

Today is June 28th 2013. A significant day for many of us. For me,I wrote my last paper today at the FRCN Training school where i have been for 6weeks. It is the intermediate production course and my excitement is a lot.
I had lunch specially made for me by an acquaintance Erica. Thanks babes. She picked me from the training school premises in GRA Ikeja Lagos and as we drove to her home, i couldnt help but marvel at the work done and on going in Lagos state.
The lagos State governor Babatunde Raji Fashola who celebrated a special June 28th has written his name in the sands of time. He clocked 50today and one cant help but celebrate this vibrant man.
 
 So Uncle Fash as he is popularly called was 44 when he first got to the governor's seat?

Nigeria wins again...

Its a win win for us as the under 20 guys are doing us proud.
The Kayode score put us in the lead and its all smiles as we get to the next stage.
 
The match which was played in Turkey at 3pm today had a score line of 1-0.
Congrats guys.
Its surely good and cheering news to know you have the flag right up there.

OJB JEZREEL, Cracks his ribs...who's next?

OJB Jezreel is a name that must be mentioned in the revolution of the Nigerian music.
He has produced many songs among which are record breaking songs like African Queen by Tuface.
 He is the ace 'searching musician' that has been in the media most, of late. Its no news that he needs a kidney transplant sooner than later. Neither is it news that he has got a donor. The news is the peple heeding to this call...

On the roll call to his home have been Don Jazzy, Ruggedybaba, Mercy Johnson and lately the man behind Crack ya ribs. Julius Agwu is also a name written in gold in the entertainment industry and has just this evening, given OJB not just a fair doze of laughter to crack his rib but also his widows mite.
