AS NIGERIA IS DECLARED EBOLA FREE TODAY BY W.H.O...

  Dr. Ameyo Stellah Adadevoh

It was a black 2014 on many fronts for Nigeria my country but not with the EVD, for we shone bright like a diamond. Not because it did not get to us but as you know dear reader, it did. Ebola killed a couple of people in Nigeria. Many also survived. The heroine for me in this saga is Dr. Mrs Stella Adadevoh. It was her who held back the Liberian diplomatic carrier of the dreaded EVD. If it was not for her, that diplomat would have landed himself in Calabar. Yes, that was his destination. So  Dr Mrs Adadevoh kept her patient back from interacting and infecting more Nigerians. Patrick Sawyer the Liberian died and She didn't survive this dreaded disease either.

Make Your Own Tropically Twisted Anti-Aging Potions at Home Using Coconut Oil...doing mine...

Coconut oil is great for the skin and full of anti-aging properties. Sebum is a naturally occurring substance that our skin produces to protect itself. Coconut oil mimics sebum, adding a protective layer to your skin. In addition to this, coconut oil helps reduce wrinkles. Why? Because coconut oil helps promote collagen production. Collagen is the main component of connective tissue, which is crucial for our skin. Try some of these DIY facials to help your skin look younger and more vibrant.

Well, that was her dad's take. Several years ago when Venus seemed to be dazzling the world and he proudly said no, hold on a minute, watch out for her younger sister and yes we did watch out. Today when the world witnessed a shift in the 'power bloc' of the male tennis, Serena Williams proved her dad right. She picked her 18th medal at the just concluded #USopen. Mother Nature is incredibly generous in the way she provides - offering a bounty of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients to nourish your body so you can enjoy a long healthy life.
One fruit in particular - the coconut - is so abundant in its healing properties it's referred to as "the tree of life." And before World War II, people living in island countries, like the Philippines, consumed a diet that consisted mainly of rice, root crops, vegetables and an abundance of the ultra-healing superfood, the coconut.

DON'T YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR WORLD? SEE HOW

I got a lot of reasons to be tired of the status quo so i delved into some research and see what i found.
A new study out of Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada suggests that exercise may leave people feeling less anxious because they perceive their environments as less threatening. It also reveals how exercise and relaxation activities such as yoga, may positively impact those with social anxiety disorders.
