Do you remember the reaction from some countries especially the US government when a terrorist/Bombing case takes place?
Please compare it with what we have in Nigeria. If it was only for the talk we would be in order but think about the pace with which the next event takes place.
Lets check out the most recent killings of 'future leaders' in their sleep. I watched in the news where the governor said it took about 4hours for security to come to the scene of the event in Yobe. We heard the government talk tough and today, 48hours after that Unknown gunmen we are told, raided three villages in Madagali
and Michika local governments in Adamawa state.
According to the chairman of Madagali Local Government, Maina
Ularamu, who spoke with PREMIUM TIMES over the telephone, the attackers,
suspected to be members of the extremist Boko Haram sect, first
attacked Kirchiga Village before proceeding to Shuwa town both in
Madagali Local Government Area.
In Benue State, there is a steady cry out of the same killings, by 'fulani cattle rearers'. These killings were believed to have started before now but the question on the lips of many concerned citizens is why did they just get rampant? What is the course the killers are fighting for? We understand the anger against government but please can our young ones be left out of this serial killing?
Every individual should be respected and secured by the government, but how much of this is the casein our clime?
Our young people especially need a society where they will indeed be given the attention they deserve to finally become leaders.
I blame it all on the N.G.O, C.S.O's and F.B.O's in our clime. If we took the government seriously on these roles we my sincere belief is that they would be more responsible.
Join the fight against insecurity of lives.
Join the fight against loosing generations
Join the fight against lethargy on the part of residents

There must be an activity around you against this injustice
