Nigeria’s Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala says she is tired of talking about the missing Chibok girls.
While granting an interview at the World Economic Forum in Abuja on the #BringOurGirlsBack campaign, the Minister made it clear that the Nigerian government was fully committed and putting every effort into finding the girls including the creation of a crisis centre, Safe Schools Initiative, aerial surveillance and more.
She said she was tired of the ‘Same Story” and commended world leaders for attending the World Economic Forum in Abuja despite the threats.
When a reporter insisted to have her drop a comment on
the #BringBackOurGirls campaign, she politely excused herself, walked
away and directing the journalist to the Minister of Defense.
